How can I access the staff training to earn a certificate of completion?

You can use this link: Individualized Staff Training.

Please note: You must already have an Erika's Lighthouse Portal account.

To access this program:

1. Complete the Create an Account form.
2. Log in to the Portal.
3. Use the menu on the left hand side and navigate to "Policy & Staff Training".
4. Then click "Staff Training."
5. Once there, scroll down to section 2: Individual Training.
6. Click on "Click here to begin the Individual Staff Training lessons." 
7. Once completed, you will have access to the Certificate of Completion.
