How can I get staff buy-in?

Our Staff Training is designed to help educators and staff learn the skills and the knowledge as well as an understanding of why we need to do this work in schools. We have Implementation Training videos that are available to help those teaching the program feel more comfortable and confident in having conversations with young people. Our Staff Resources on Intervention Language, Classroom Accomodations and When to Involve a School Mental Health Professional, plus many others, are available to be distributed school-wide.
