What if I cannot find my school listed on the Create an Account or a survey form?

School names and data are pulled directly from our database. If you are unable to find your school in our selection list, please double check a few common issues:

• Ensure you are selecting the correct state and typing out the full name (i.e. Ohio, not OH).
• Type slowly and see if your school shows up.
• If your school changed names recently, try the old name.

There are a few reasons why a school may not be showing up:

• International schools are not native to the Erika's Lighthouse database.
• Only K-12 schools are included in the database.
• Recent school name changes will likely not be updated in the database.
