Mental Health Recharge is a web-based program designed to empower any adult in a school to lead a student or students in positive coping mechanisms.
Everyone responds differently to good mental health activities. It is important for everyone, especially young people, to be provided an opportunity to practice different positive coping mechanisms to see what works best for them.
There are over 50 activities across 8 categories:
- Mindfulness
- Journaling
- Exercise
- Breathing
- Positivity
- Visualization
- Rest
- Free Time
Anyone in a school building can use Mental Health Recharge, including:
- Teachers
- Counselors
- Coaches
- Therapists
- Staff
- Students
Mental Health Recharge is accessible via:
- Computer
- Tablet
- Smartphone
- Classroom Projector
- Physical Cards ($)
Mental Health Recharge is just one of Erika's Lighthouse programs for school communities. You can find it on the Portal under Schoolwide Campaigns. It is part of our Wraparound Supports that can help reinforce Erika's Lighthouse Four Pillars.
